The customer acts as the investor (Rab-ul-Maal) providing capital, while the bank serves as the Manager (Mudarib) investing and managing the deposited funds. Profits are shared between the bank and customer based on a pre-agreed ratio, ensuring full compliance with Islamic Shariah principles.
